3.1 We aim to provide the most up-to-date information regarding products, pricing, shipping, and anything else pertaining to the Service. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

5.1 Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
5.2 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
5.3 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
5.4 All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us and/or our suppliers.
5.5 To achieve the best results please provide a clear image. The quality of the print is completely dependant on the source image. We will do our best to produce the best quality, however, we cannot be held responsible if the quality is found to be unacceptable due to a poor source image.
6.1 Payment is due at the time of ordering. Your order will not be sent for completion to our suppliers without payment in full.
6.2 Payment is completed easily through our website ordering system, where credit/debit card and banking details are encrypted and never shared.
6.3 Should you wish you cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order before it goes to fulfilment by e-mailing at the soonest instance.
If your order has not already gone to the suppliers, you should expect a refund right away. If it has gone to the suppliers, refunds will be given in 7-10 days.
6.4 Should our suppliers run out of stock at the time of order, we will refund you within 10 days.
7.1 Delivery times are dependent on the order, and whether it is bespoke or not. You will be given an estimated completion date.
Should you need your item(s) within 10 working days please e-mail in the soonest instance.
7.2 If there is a delay on your item(s), you will be notified via the email you provided when making the purchase.
7.3 Our deliveries are handled by contracted drop shipping companies. Once it is picked up for delivery, we cannot assume responsibility.
If products have not been delivered after the expected delivery date or arrive damaged, in the first instance please contact the courier company.
8.1 If you are unhappy with your item in any way, please get in contact within 30 days of delivery.
Perishable items (such as food), sanitary/intimate items, and personalised items cannot be returned.
Unless there is a manufacturer error, personalised items cannot be refunded.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
9.1 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
9.2 We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
9.3 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Online Shop, so we may complete your purchases and be able to contact you if needed.
We cannot be held liable should contact be attempted and details had been changed without the customer updating their records.
