  • Delivery and Returns

    Returns Policy for Always & Forever
    Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from date of delivery.  If 7 days have gone by
    since your delivery, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or replace. All
    items to be refunded/replaced must be returned to us to be inspected. If it is proved
    to be our/our suppliers mistake we will arrange to refund you or replace.

    To Return Items
    To return items you must first notify us within the 7 days allowed that you wish to
    return them.  Once you have done this we will provide you with the address to return
    the goods to and any necessary documentation to include within your parcel.
    Please do not automatically return items to any address listed on our contact page
    as we have multiple offices.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that
    you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.
    Proof of postage should be obtained and a copy emailed to us at your earliest
    convenience.

    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
    that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been
    approved or rejected.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be made via
    your original method payment within 14 days.

    Cancellations
    Any order placed can be cancelled within 12 hours.  To cancel your order please
    email us at enquiries.alwaysforever@gmail.com.
    Provided the order hasn’t already been made you will receive your refund straight
    away.  If the order has already been made then you can no longer claim a refund.

    Delivery Times
    Delivery times of orders vary depending upon the item ordered.  If any item is
    required sooner than 10 working days from placing the order then please email us
    at enquiries.alwaysforever@gmail.com before placing the order to confirm we can
    make the delivery in time.

    Items Not Delivered

    If your item is unable to be delivered and is returned to a courier collection point or Royal Mail delivery office

    you, the customer, are responsible for collecting or arranging redelivery of your order. Any items that are returned to us due

    to non collection are unable to be refunded and you are responsible for addionational postage costs to resend.

  • Image Quality

    To achieve the best results please provide a clear image.  The quality of the print is completely dependent on the source image.  We will do our best to produce the best quality, however, we cannot be held responsible if the quality is found to be unacceptable due to a poor source image.

    Whilst every attempt is made to display our product images as accurately as possible, please be aware that the actual printed colour may vary slightly.

    ** Important info regarding image quality **

    To achieve the best results for your end product we require you to provide a clear image.  The higher the resolution, the better photos will print. Facebook, Instagram, and Flickr photos are much smaller than photos from most digital cameras. The resolution is usually too low for large projects, but are perfectly fine for small products.  If you try to upload a photo that has a lower resolution or image size, we will accept it. However, we cannot be held responsible if the quality of the end product is found to be unacceptable due to a poor source image.  Most digital cameras will take photo’s easily large enough, however, images saved from 3rd party websites (Facebook/Snapchat/Instagram/Screenshot) can be too small or an incompatible file format.
